ANDRÉS BERCELLINI Born in Buenos Aires in 1984, he studied with Domingo Garreffa, Martcho Mavrov, Michael Höltzel and since 2006 with Stefan Dohr. Andrés Bercellini won the Antorchas scholarship and he is sponsored by Fundación Teatro Colón. He was selected for the Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival 2005. Member of the Verbier Festival Orchestra and Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra, he has performed as a soloist for the Argentinean Radio and Television with the Orquesta Academica del Teatro Colon, Orquesta Musica Concertante, Orchestre de Catalogne, France, among others. He was solo horn of Orquesta Academica del Teatro Colon until he got at the age of 17 the 3rd/1st horn in Buenos Aires Philharmonic. He won the scholarship in the Berliner Philharmoniker Karajan-Akademie. |
